Carrier Fees: You acknowledge that your mobile network carrier’s standard messaging, data, and calling rates apply to your use of the App. We are not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.
3. User Conduct and Acceptable Use
As a user of a communication service, you agree to use the App responsibly. You agree NOT to use the App to:
Send unsolicited promotional messages, "spam," or junk mail.
Transmit any content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or highly offensive.
Distribute malicious software, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation with a person or entity.
Use automated systems (such as bots or scripts) to extract data or send messages through the App.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App if you are found to be violating these Acceptable Use guidelines.
4. Third-Party Services and Advertising
To keep the App free for users and monitor its technical stability, the App integrates certain third-party services:
Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): The App displays banner and interstitial advertisements provided by Google. By using the App, you acknowledge that Google may collect your Advertising ID and usage data to serve personalized ads.
Firebase & Google Play Services: We utilize Firebase (Analytics, Performance, and Crashlytics) to track bugs and app crashes. This data is technical and does not contain your private message content.

5. Privacy and Data Access
